I have found out the reason I keep giving up on exercise, when ever I try to exercise and I go down stairs for water I get told "At you having a party up there?" or "How many people are in your room? It sounds like a stamped!!" but no its only me doing mountain climbers and sit ups. saying it sound like there are 4 or more people bouncing off the walls in my bedroom is very insulting to me. why do you think it is ok to say this? do you like it when i look at my self and say why do i have to be cursed to look like this? does giving me that feeling make you feel better about yourself? why can't you just let me learn to love my self. you saying
